The AI-Optimized Profile is an optional subscription that adds the embeddable review widget, a long profile description, unlimited published services, and a public team roster, and deal criteria (coming soon), plus claimed deals on your public profile for firms on the deal.

It depends on your firm's role in a deal. Around the deal: $40/mo, $480 billed annually, or $50/mo, $300 billed every 6 months. On the deal: $150/mo, $1,800 billed annually, or $180/mo, $1,080 billed every 6 months, including claimed deals on your public profile. SBA lenders are quoted through the SBA Lender Program: talk to sales for a price. No month-to-month option.

VerSquare places each firm by its role in a deal; you don't choose. On the deal: Capital, deal law, diligence, advisory and brokerage firms. Around the deal: Insurance, software, training, HR and payroll, fractional CFO, valuation, and other firms buyers use. SBA lenders: Banks, credit unions, CDFIs and SBLCs that make SBA loans. A firm that fits more than one type is placed in the highest one that applies.

Scores are calculated algorithmically from client reviews across multiple dimensions. VerSquare staff cannot manually inflate or suppress scores - the calculation is independent of whether you subscribe.

Only where VerSquare originated the introduction - Concierge, Verified Buyer onboarding, or an arrangement agreed in writing - and only once you close business from it. Nothing that starts on your own profile carries a fee, including an inquiry sent through it, and neither do contacts made outside the platform.

No. You can claim your profile, collect and respond to reviews, and stay on the Free Profile indefinitely. The AI-Optimized Profile is optional, and cancelling it returns your account to the Free Profile without deleting anything you have added.

Full refund within 30 days of every payment, including renewals. After that, cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current term, and your account returns to the Free Profile with nothing deleted. Each term renews as itself: a 12-month term renews for 12 months and a 6-month term for 6 months.
