The problem

None of your credibility travels to where buyers are actually looking now.

A buyer who asks an AI assistant which lender to call gets an answer built from whatever the assistant can fetch. Here is what it can fetch about you today.

01

Your website and LinkedIn were never built to answer this.

The website is your bank’s, not yours. A BDO often isn’t even named on it.

LinkedIn is yours, and it’s where you’re active, but it doesn’t drive AI answers: posts help people find you, not verify you.

02

You're not a credible witness for yourself.

Buyers are growing more skeptical, and AI is why: in TrustRadius’s 2026 B2B Buying Disconnect Report, the share of buyers who said they trust online resources as much as they used to dropped from 50% to 42% in a single year.

“Responsive, closes on time, knows the industry” carries no weight when the person saying it is you. What buyers and AI systems trust now is the same claim made by someone else, in a form they can check.

03

Google Reviews weren't built to answer this either.

Most AI assistants can’t read your bank’s Google reviews: the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity don’t run the JavaScript that loads them.

And even when a review does surface, it’s usually about the branch, not you - friendly tellers, short lines, account openings, not an SBA closing.

That’s why we built VerSquare

Three things that compound into trust and authority. Watch how it builds.

  1. Competency
  2. Experience
  3. Niche
  4. Authority

Reviews & Responses

Structured reviews from real transactions with relevant context, scored on communication and responsiveness, expertise, deal advocacy, and more.

Anyone can say they’re responsive. A borrower saying it, on the record, is competency you can point to.

Cited Name

This is what makes you the name buyers already know.

Every review, every closed deal, every criterion you define builds the same file on you.

So when a buyer is searching for the highest-rated lender for dental acquisitions in the Southeast, whether on VerSquare or with their favorite AI agent, we help you be the name that gets quoted first.

You don’t have to be the biggest lender in the country to be the one buyers in your niche already call first.

Start building your record.

Every claim starts the same way: nothing on the record yet. The BDOs at the top of their niche didn’t start there either.

There’s one top SBA lender in the country.

There’s no cap on niches with a recognized name.

What one deal is worth

This isn't a fee VerSquare charges, just simple math: a 1% referral fee on a $2M loan is $20,000. A full year of the AI-Optimized Profile is $720, a small fraction of that.

FAQ

Questions BDOs ask before claiming

Is my profile separate from my bank's?
Yes. Your profile is your own account, and what you can do with it doesn't depend on whether your bank is on VerSquare. A BDO at a bank that has never claimed anything can claim a profile, subscribe personally, and respond to reviews.
Do I need my bank's permission?
No. This is a professional account in your name, the same way a LinkedIn profile is. Your employer's own policies on public professional profiles are yours to follow; VerSquare doesn't require sign-off from anyone.
What happens when I change firms?
The record stays yours. Closed deals you've claimed, reviews borrowers left about you, and your responses stay attributed to you. You update the affiliation and keep going.
Why not point buyers to my bank's Google reviews?
Two reasons. The reviews on a bank's listing are about retail banking: checking accounts, account openings, the staff at the branch. Few mention an SBA loan, and they sit on the bank's listing, not yours. And outside Google's own products, most AI assistants can't read them. Google's Maps page loads reviews with JavaScript that the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity don't run, Google's robots.txt keeps crawlers out of its search results pages, and Google's terms forbid copying or saving the reviews. VerSquare reviews are scored on deal-relevant dimensions, and they're in the page as delivered.
Does VerSquare take a cut of my deals?
The AI-Optimized Profile does not carry a referral fee. Business that reaches you through search, your profile, or a link you sent is yours, with nothing owed.
What does the AI-Optimized Profile cost?
The Free Profile is free and stays free. The AI-Optimized Profile is $60/mo ($720 billed annually) or $75/mo ($450 billed every 6 months), paid by you rather than your bank, and your bank does not need to be on VerSquare. No month-to-month option. Full refund within 30 days of every payment, including renewals.
Is there a page for my whole SBA division?
Yes. Division profiles carry the institution’s loan programs and its public lending data. Institutions are priced through the SBA Lender Program, which is quoted. See how banks use VerSquare.
