“Ben, Amie, and Michel were very supportive through the process. They kept lines of communication open, and were responsive to all questions.”

“Given the scale of the bank, at times the process was a bit slow. More noticeable pre-commitment letter. Also, takes a solid 2 weeks from when *everything* is submitted in terms of pre-closing items that deal can be closed. But, they are transparent about this last part.”

“My deal was standard, so of course standard deals will be a good fit. They are amenable to working with buyers using ROBS rollover as part of the equity funding as well.”
