Authentic Experience
Reviews must reflect direct, first-hand experience with the provider. Second-hand accounts or fabricated reviews are rejected.
Professional Tone
Personal attacks, threats, or discriminatory language are not permitted. Criticism is welcome when constructive.
No Confidential Information
Deal terms, financial details, and other confidential business information must not appear in reviews.
No Competitor Promotion
Reviews cannot be used to promote competing providers or disparage others for competitive advantage.

Flagging a Review
If you believe a review violates our guidelines, flag it for investigation. Our team reviews flagged content within 2–3 business days.
Public Responses
PartnerPartner and Featured providers can respond publicly to any review. This shows buyers you're engaged and accountable.
Best Practices
Thank positive reviewers. Address concerns in negative reviews professionally. Never offer incentives for reviews or responses.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, email partnerships@versquare.com with the review in question and your concerns. Our team investigates within 5 business days. We may contact the reviewer for additional context. Decisions are communicated with reasoning.
Fake, purchased, or incentivized reviews are prohibited. Attempting to suppress legitimate negative reviews is grounds for account suspension. These rules apply equally to all tiers — Free, Partner, and Featured.
